Mari

Mari, who has been teaching movement-based classes for over two decades, leads the yoga and wellness practice at Bird Island. Originally from Hawaii, Mari has been a competitive gymnast, a dance instructor, a dancer for the NBA Portland Blazers, and a long-standing practitioner of vinyasa inspired yoga flows. Her classes are inclusive, but challenging. They typically start with breath-work, then stretching, breath-base flows, and close with group meditation.
